Completely current is Journalist and Storyteller Souha Al-Mersal with #deldinskam (share your shame) and the podcast series “Skamløs” (Shameless) – both on social media and on other news media.
Souha Al-Mersal is advocating for equal rights not to be ashamed of breaking with the social heritage and control that we grew up with, for example in the field of dress, behavior and relationships with others.

Souha Al-Mersal is one of the founders of #deldinskam and Souha will present her personal background for this initiative. What has it meant to her to be able to share her shame with others? The power of storytelling, and why it is important to share one’s shame story or other painful stories from one’s life. What could it mean for others to share experiences about how shame has affected their lives? What are the challenges of sharing experiences of shame?
Souha is also the host of “Skamløs” a podcast series of currently five interviews with women about topics they have previously been ashamed of – or have had to be ashamed of. Topics that until now have been unspoken and invisible. Souha is passionate about storytelling and helping others through sharing their stories for changing mindsets and lives.
