Multicultural Annual Meeting – Meet President-Elect Ute Scholz

 

The Multicultural two years birthday is on 8 March and we will celebrate it at our next club meeting on 15 March.

Part of the celebration will be a visit by a special guest, President-Elect Ute Scholz, Verden, Germany, District 27, who will be Zonta’s President in the biennium 2022-2024. Ute Sholtz will join us at 18.15 to approx. 18:45 and will share with us her Zonta life and her vision for Zonta’s future.

According to the Multicultural Bylaws, the agenda of the Annual Meeting is as follows:

1. Election of Conductor and Referee – The Board suggests Mette as Conductor and Marené as the Referee.
2. President’s Report
3. Report from the Committee
4. Presentation and approval of the audited financial accounts.
5. Approval of fees for June 2021 – May 2022.
6. Approval of the budget.
7. Election of Board members.
8. Election of Committee members.
9. Election of Auditor.
10. Proposals received from the Board, Committee or members.
11. Others.

Please send your registration for the meeting to Jane (mail: jane-100@hotmail.com) before 15 March 2021, if possible. After registration you will get the link for the online meeting.

 

Guests are very welcome to register for the first hour of the meeting!
