According to our bylaws, the agenda of the Annual Meeting is as follows:
- Election of Conductor and Referee
- President’s Report
- Report from the Committee
- Presentation and approval of the audited financial accounts
- Approval of fees for June 2022 – May 2023
- Approval of the budget
- Election of Board members
- Election of Committee members
- Election of Auditor
- Proposals received from the Board, Committee or members
- Other.
Choosing our future Multicultural ‘hands on’ activities
We have presentations of ‘hands on’ ideas from the Blossom Project and from KVINFO at our January and February Club Meetings. We will refresh the ‘hands on’ ideas and have a debate on which ‘hands on’ activates we as Multicultural Club wants to participate in.
Registration for the meeting and light meal
Please send your registration for the meeting in Hellerup or to the online meeting to Jane (jane-100@hotmail.com) before 23 April, if possible.
