Online Multicultural Club Meeting – Financial Equality: Salary Negotiation

 

‘Financial Equality’ is of importance when talking about Equal Rights was one of the messages from President Nanna Højlund, Kvinderådet at our January Multicultural Club Meeting!

One of the cornerstones is equal pay. What is meant by equal pay and how is equal pay achieved? Salary negotiation will be in focus at our February Multicultural Club Meeting:

At the end of our September Club Meeting on Negotiation Techniques, we wanted to move forward with the topic salary negotiation. Following up on the September Meeting, Maria Jose will at the current meeting focus on preparing and conducting a salary negotiation.

During the meeting we will have presentations followed by discussions in break out groups in Teams. The group discussions will focus on our own possibilities for preparing our next salary negotiation.
